Recipe - Banana Honey Booster

1 cup Ashgrove full cream milk
1 banana
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon Golden Bee Honey
1 pinch cinnamon,
1 pinch all spice.

Place ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.
