Recipe - Baked Brie, Walnuts and Cranberries with Candied Honey

Wheel of brie - our favourite is King Island double brie
3 tbsp Candied Honey - Golden Nectar Leatherwood or Golden Bee Honey
A handful of walnuts
A handful of dried cranberries
Fresh rosemary
Crusty bread or crackers for serving

Preheat oven to 200c. Remove the brie from packaging and place in the centre of a cast iron pan or any pan that can be used in the oven. Drizzle 1 tbsp of candied honey over brie. Place in hot oven for around 15 - 20 mins.

In another pan coat the walnuts, cranberries and a few leaves of rosemary with the remaining 2 tbsp of Candied Honey. Heat this through on stove top until it’s melted and sticky. Remove brie from the oven and while still bubbling place the Candied Honey mix on top. Serve in the pan and enjoy while still hot. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
